Time to Get Serious

In a Runners World article, I think it was in their best advice ever issue that came out last month, somebody said that you have to live a runners life. I've also heard that something has to give. If I want to get better as a runner I need to focus on my rest, diet, stretching, stress levels and sleep.

I've been running but for the past couple of days I've been really focusing on diet. But I am hungry and thirsty for the crap that is keeping me in the super Clydsedale division. Tomorrow I will get a short jog in, Saturday is a Rugby day and Sunday is the Long Run. I think I have 7 - 8 on the calendar. I am really looking forward to getting the miles in. I want to really embody a healthy lifestyle.
